Aside from writing lyrics for Ug, The Caveman Musical Vivian Rhodes wrote many other songs with her late composer husband, Rick, including the score to a musical version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol performed annually at the Civic Arts Theatre in Thousand Oaks, CA. Ms. Rhodes is a two-time Emmy® nominee whose writing credits include As The World Turns, Guiding Light, You Again?, and other scripts which have been optioned for television. She is also the published author of two suspense novels, Groomed for Murder and If You Should Read This, Mother. Ms. Rhodes would like dedicate Ug, The Caveman Musical to her and Rick’s children, Allie and Adam, and to express love and gratitude to her late husband, who taught her long ago how to write a proper lyric.
