Gerald Stockstill
Gerald Stockstill (co-writer/co-conceiver/composer) is a composer and arranger whose musical, Too Good To Be True, with lyricist and co-writer Amy Coady, was presented at the Theater League’s Crossroads Musical Theatre Festival in Kansas City, MO. His musical Food, the musical written with lyricist/librettist Donna Kaz, was produced as the winner of the New Jersey Playwrights Conference in 2014. He has musical-directed and written special material and arrangements for numerous cabaret artists in New York, including Amy Coady and Maxine Linehan. With lyricist Kenneth Jones, he received the Dottie Burman Songwriting Award from Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC). Jones & Stockstill’s musical Naughty/Nice has been seen in popular benefit concerts in Manhattan at The Players Theatre, Ars Nova, Joe’s Pub and Caroline’s On Broadway. Gerald is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild, BMI and the Advanced BMI-Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop.
